DESCRIPTION

The measurements, descriptions and photos of each piece are as accurate as possible, however, you may not receive the exact piece from the listed photographs so slight variations in colour, paint marks, fabrics, size and shape should be expected, as is the nature of handmade work.

DELIVERY

If the item purchased is in stock, it should be possible to ship within 2-3 days of purchase. However, most of Abigail’s work if made to order by Abigail herself, so a delivery time of 4-8 weeks should be expected. If you require something sooner, please email to enquire about the possibility and she will do her best to help meet your deadline.

Orders over £50 will automatically be shipped on a tracked or signed service. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as the item has been shipped.

To enquire about shipping costs before placing an order please email and we will provide a quote.

Please note it is your responsibility as the customer to pay any customs duties and tax charged by your country to receive your parcel.

PACKAGING

Each item is very carefully wrapped in colourful tissue paper and tied with ‘Abigail Brown’ tags. Perfectly gift-able as they are for yourself or your loved one.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Returns are only offered on IN STOCK items, and only if you have contacted us within 1 week of receiving your item. Items must be returned in the condition and packaging that they arrived in within 14 days of purchase and may then be exchanged for another item or a credit note may be issued. Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any items that have been made to order. We do, however, want you to be 100% delighted with your Abigail Brown piece, and we expect that you would be, but if you should find anything wrong with your order please get in touch immediately and we will find a way to resolve it.
