In this 1-day workshop Abigail will introduce you to Paper Pulp Clay, a medium you can mix yourself at home with very cheap ingredients and use to create flat or 3D artworks that dry rock-hard without the use of a kiln.

You’ll start the day learning how to mix your own paper pulp to different consistencies, add pigment to colour it and application techniques to create texture.

You’ll then spend the rest of the day exploring the medium, creating flat artworks on board or small, simple sculptures that will be posted on to you after they have dried.

All materials provided but you will need to bring your own reference materials/inspiration to work from.

Price: £120 p/person including all materials and refreshments.

This workshop is aimed at adults and suitable for all abilities. Groups are kept small, 4-8 people, to enable Abigail to offer each person the time and assistance they might require.

To book: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your place on the workshop. This sum in non-refundable but it can be transferred to another workshops date should you later be unable to make it.
The remaining 50% is due the week prior to the workshop date. Payments can be made via bank transfer or through Paypal.
